Partnerships Manager
As a Partnerships Manager at TaxiMe, you will be instrumental in expanding and nurturing our relationships with events, venues, and our existing network of cafes, bars, and restaurants.
What you will do
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow partnerships with events, venues and hospitality businesses.
- Identify and engage potential partners that align with TaxiMe's brand and objectives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, addressing their needs and fostering ongoing collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnerships into marketing campaigns and customer offerings.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to represent TaxiMe and cultivate new relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on partnership activities and outcomes to management.
- Ensure all partnership activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong network within the events, hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel and attend events as required.
