Who receives data
With your consent, cookie data reaches the partners below. Microsoft acts as an independent data controller for Clarity data. Some processing happens in the US — transfers are covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Legal basis
Consent under Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 7 GDPR, and Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC as transposed into Bulgarian law. Refusing cookies does not restrict access to the site.
Consent records and your rights
Every choice (accept, change, withdraw) is stored in our register as proof of consent — only an anonymous ID, date, selected categories and country; never an IP address or a name. Records are kept for 25 months. To request a copy or deletion of your records, write to gdpr@taxime.to quoting your consent ID (it is the only way we can find them). You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian DPA, the CPDP (cpdp.bg).
